In addition to fully renovated properties developed by BEARS, we carefully curate and feature only those homes we believe possess “true value,” selected from approximately 2,500 properties offered for sale each week in the city center.
Each property undergoes a rigorous evaluation based on more than ten criteria, including the surrounding area and neighborhood environment, the overall quality of the building, views, natural light, floor plans, and interior design.
